Sports Corner Queen & King of the Court Hamburg 2023 - Winning Team Women

The second week of January marks the second annual King of the Court Crown Series Finals. The best teams of the 2022 season come together in the Aspire Zone to battle for the ultimate titles: Queens and Kings of 2023! Throughout the year teams are able to gather points and the best performing teams travel to the finals taking place in the Middle East. Here are the Highlights of the Finals!

The biggest ever Beach Wrestling World Championship at the Black Sea in Constanta, Romania came to an end on Sunday. The 2022 Beach Wrestling World Series thrilled fans in five stages that began at Ortaca Beach in Turkey at the end of May. In Sunday's final, hosts Romania took three world titles in the women's event, while the glorious Georgians secured two gold medals in the men's event.

King of the Court kicked off its 2023 Crown Series in Miami Beach, Florida, USA. Some of the biggest stars of Beach Volleyball were present from March 10th-12th, 2023. Originally a popular training format, King of the Court has developed into an exhilarating new beach volleyball format. Canadian Brandie Wilkerson and Melissa Humana-Paredes are the Queens of Miami Beach, although they didn’t realize it in the moment. But when it sunk in, they celebrated the emphatic win. Carlos Mario (BRA) showed the best performance of the men’s heat. Mikaili Sol (USA) was unbeatable once again at the women’s fleet. The crowd on site could follow world class kitesurfing with lots of big air combos at a wonderful beach in Salinas del Rey, Colombia.
