A l'issue d'une finale très serrée entre les trois favoris de la discipline, l'Américain Torin Yater-Wallace s'impose une nouvelle fois dans le superpipe de Tignes avec un run à la fois technique, aérien et propre noté 93,66 points. Le médaillé d'or d'Aspen, David Wise , prend la seconde place devant le Français Kevin Rolland qui renoue avec le podium devant son public.
